Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return policy?

    We want you to love your jersey! We offer a 30-day worry-free return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

  • Who pays for return shipping?

    At FISTALA INC, we offer Free Returns. If you are not satisfied or the size doesn't fit, we will provide a pre-paid return label (or reimburse shipping costs) so you don't have to pay a cent.

  • How do I start a return or exchange?

    Simply email info@fistala.com with your order number. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a shipping label within 24 hours.

    Absolutely. We source jerseys made with premium, breathable, and moisture-wicking fabrics, featuring high-quality embroidery or heat-pressed details to ensure they last for many match days to come.

Damaged & Incorrect Items

  • What if I receive the wrong jersey or a damaged item?

    We sincerely apologize. Please contact us at info@fistala.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will prioritize a free replacement or a full refund immediately.
