1. Order Processing & Handling

Handling Time: All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (Central Time). Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.

Tracking: Once your jersey is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.

5. Shipping Address & Delivery Issues

Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please ensure your apartment number, suite, or unit info is included.

Address Corrections: If you notice an error, contact us at info@fistala.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order is processed, the destination cannot be modified.

Missing Packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please contact your local post office or carrier first. If the issue is not resolved, reach out to us within 48 hours.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they enter the fulfillment stage. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow our Return & Refund Policy for a free return once the package arrives.
