At FISTALA INC, we want you to wear your team colors with pride and total confidence. That’s why we offer a 100% Worry-Free 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your jersey, we’ll make it right.

1. 30-Day Free Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Free Returns: If you changed your mind or aren't happy with the product, we’ve got you covered.

  • Free Exchanges: Size doesn’t fit? No problem. We provide one-time free exchanges to ensure you get the perfect fit for your jersey.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with all original tags attached.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To ensure your return is processed quickly, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at info@fistala.com with your Order Number.

  2. Get Your Label: Once approved (usually within 24 hours), we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack your jersey and attach the provided label.

Please do not ship items back without prior authorization to ensure your refund is tracked correctly.

4. Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Zero Return Shipping Fees: We believe in our products. FISTALA INC covers the return shipping costs for all domestic and international orders within the 30-day window.

  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking or handling fees.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If we sent the wrong team, player, or a defective jersey, we will prioritize a replacement or a full refund immediately.

5. Refunds & Processing

  • Inspection: Once your return is received at our Paducah office, we will inspect it and notify you via email.

  • Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 5–10 business days.

6. Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly to get your gear to you fast. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, you can simply use our free return process once the package arrives.
